• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Vita AI Wellness LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

No Liability for Good Faith Actions We are not liable for any removal or disabling of access to material in good faith based on a DMCA notice, even if the material is ultimately determined not to be infringing.

Policy on User-Generated Content Users retain ownership of the content they input into the AI chat. However, by submitting content, you grant Vita AI Wellness LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party copyrights.
